Very comfy beds! Quiet location with singing birds and nice nature. Excellent staff. Good swimming lake. Safe parking. Perfect breakfast! Interesting castle experience. Neo-gothic palace with romantic setting. Wonderful park with historic flair. Professional and friendly staff. Really good restaurant with regional cuisine and wide range of wines.

I enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom, and the location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring the city. The decoration of the hotel is really beautiful and it offers excellent regional cuisine with a wide range of wines to choose from. A nice detail offered was the external masseuse that provided a wonderful massage experience.

There are a few negative aspects of the hotel that need mentioning. , the absence of an elevator was a minus, and if you have heavy luggage or cannot carry items upstairs, this hotel might not be the best choice for you.

This hotel is located away from the busy city life, providing a peaceful and serene environment by a beautiful lake and in a well-maintained park. the breakfast on the terrace is a great highlight, with some fantastic food. the beds are big and comfy, and the restaurant has delicious regional cuisine.

The staff can be unhelpful and rude at times, making guests feel unwelcome and reluctant to ask for information.

Spending Christmas at this historical castle was a memorable experience. the stunning building set in a picturesque village provided the perfect background for some holiday magic. the staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming environment. the Christmas dinner was delicious and beautifully presented, adding to the festive spirit of the occasion. Plus, the roaring fire in the lounge area made for a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. the lack of a lift made it challenging to transport luggage up the stairs, and the parking situation was inconvenient.
